Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery between 5 and 8 business days in France and the European Union. Free delivery, tracking included. These times are estimates: a customs check, a carrier incident or a peak period may occasionally extend them. In that case, we remain available to you until your parcel arrives.

Tracking. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Areas served. Mainland France and the European Union.

Delivery address. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete address. We cannot be held responsible for a delay or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address.

Delayed or undelivered parcel. Contact us at support@digifluence.fr; we will take the necessary steps with the carrier. The Package Protection option, if purchased, covers loss, theft or damage in transit.
