Refund policy
1. Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days). Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without justification. Notify us at support@digifluence.fr before this deadline, then return the product within 14 days. Direct return costs are at your expense. You may be liable for any depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature and proper functioning.
2. "30-night satisfaction or money-back" guarantee. Beyond the statutory period, and as a commercial gesture, we offer 30 nights to try the Aurora lamp. If it does not suit you, we refund the product price under the conditions below.
3. Return conditions. Any return must meet all of the following:
- the product is complete (lamp, cable, adapter, accessories, manual) and returned in its original packaging;
- the request is made within the applicable period (14 statutory days or 30 commercial nights);
- only one request under the commercial guarantee per customer or household;
- prior contact at support@digifluence.fr to obtain an agreement and the return address; no return without prior agreement can be processed;
- return costs are at your expense, except for a defective product or our error;
- the Package Protection option (EUR 3.99) is non-refundable once the order has shipped.
4. Refund. After receipt and inspection of the product, we refund within 14 days using the original payment method. Return costs and any depreciation may be deducted.
5. Statutory guarantees. You always benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). For a defective or non-conforming product, the return and replacement or refund are at our expense.
